Scenario: This video supported a training for clinic leaders to be able to train their care teams in Spectrum of Care. Spectrum of Care, in the context of the veterinary industry is the wide range of care options that veterinarians can provide.

Challenge: What can we do to ensure that care teams are offering a spectrum of care where needed?

Solution: By asking open-ended questions, and paying attention to a member's body language, care team members can offer the spectrum of care that makes the most sense for that pet at that time. This ensures quality of care for every pet.
